The food did taste GREAT but the price were unreasonable. $20 for 8 wings. Not whole wings, just 1/3 of a full wing. And then we only got 7 bits anyway! So lime $3 per 1/3 of a wing?!

Best boudin balls I’ve had in a long time

I just ordered 2 Crispy Fried Buttermilk Chicken and a Jumbo Cajun fried shrimp. Less to say it’s not worth the money. The chicken tasted like old grease and the shrimp taste like old shrimp and grease. I don’t like hidden valley ranch from a food truck specially since I’m spending about $50. Only edible thing was the box Mac n cheese. I don’t recommend…

Love everything we've tried! Mac and cheese is creamy and cheesy, mashed potatoes are so buttery and the gravy is fabulous! Dirty rice was fantastic but SPICY. Greens were tasty too. Fried pork chops and fried chicken (wings) are always soooo flavorful and crispy. Ordered via Uber Eats and food was hot/fresh when it arrived, packed well. Great portions, they had to use a large rubber band to keep my meal closed! Will definitely be ordering again.

The food was good and tasty, the sea bass and dirty rice were a reasonable portion. The fish was not dry despite being fried and very fresh. We also had fried shrimp and chicken, these were also very tasty. There is a sitting area to eat or take out. The server was pleasant and friendly.

Some of the best fried pork chops I’ve ever had! Very fresh and tasty food, definitely have to go in person next time! Unfortunately someone came along and finished my plate for me but big mamas definitely gots some new customers!

I ordered food for a 20 people event at my house and the food was great. I ordered oxtails, fried chicken, smothered pork chops, cabbage, Mashed potatoes, corn bread and peach cobbler. All my guests loved the food. The seasoning was just right; flavorlful but not salty. This is the BEST soul food cooking in TX. I want to try more dishes.
