Big John's Erdington

Had food delivered rather than takeaway so my review will reflect that. Ordered pizza, chicken and mozzarella sticks . The pizza was good, reasonably priced with good portion and good taste. Many options of toppings Fried Chicken can be a hit and miss.. sometimes, it's cooked to perfection while other wise can be a bit overcooked and chewy. Sides are usually average

First time ordering from big John's Chips was cold only half container of peas and curry sauce Delivery was nearly 40 minutes late order at 4.15 for delivery 5.30 received 6 .10 Batter on fish was soggy won't use again

Awful experience, didn't get what I asked for, cold food /cold attitude. Food is too salty and too greasy. Selly oak Big Johns way better.

Food gave me and my partner food poisoning Called 10x to check on my order, did not answer the phone Quite expensive for what it is - Pizza tasted good, cod very plain, again mix donner and chips were bland Delivered pretty quick during Ramadan so kudos for that

I'm not sure what has happened to Big John's but they have gone very expensive. £2.99 for 1 small piece of chicken and a Small handful of chips. I wouldn't mind but the food is just a average staple and the prices should reflect this.

A very negative/ can't be bothered to work vibe. I wanted to order a cod fish wrap. Apparently no Big Johns store do wraps. In any event; I ordered cod fish with chips and drinks. Order came to about £9.50. Chips were chunky and not fresh. I think as there was no customers inside they just used the previous batch of chips. Even as I was ordering; another lady came back to return her wings as they were not cooked properly. Staff are quite lackadaisical when it comes to taking, preparing orders. Just no energy. There's no free parking nearby.

Visited around 7pm.... not happy with the quality of the food at all!wings on hot holding dry, chips soggy Expected better than that...
