Horrible. The ribs, brisket and pork were all dry and I think they gave me day old meat. It was the worst BBQ I have ever had and on top of that it’s expensive. Will never go back.

How does this place have 4 stars. Unsalted. Unseasoned. Non salted. No marinades. Simply meat on a grill. Very subpar for the price.

Having grown up in Georgia, I find it difficult to find good BBQ here in Colorado. Big Jim's delivers. The smell hits you and draws you into comfort and savor. The customer service here is amazing and the history here is so enticing. Big Jim and his cook both make you feel as if you have just arrived for a family reunion and everyone is glad to see you! Do your taste buds a favor and stop in.

Amazing stuff. I've been meaning to pull over when I'm passing by but always get too busy to stop and I'm sure glad I did. Jim is also a gentleman, I happened to meet him while he was there hanging out and talking with the customers, very cool.

Considering the premium price, this food is a travesty. The meat is incredibly tough and under seasoned. We tried this location due to curiosity but will never come back.

Best BBQ I’ve had in Colorado! We got the 3 meat platter (ribs, brisket and sausage) and everything was DELICIOUS! Their potato salad and coleslaw were fresh and amazing too. We’ll definitely be going back.
