Big Fish Sushi

Best sushi I’ve ever had, highly recommend.

Very bad service with mediocre food.

Great place to eat. So many choices on the menu that anyone who likes sushi should be able to find their favorites. I definitely will be going back.

Mediocre place only taking advantage of the people who doesn’t know what sushi and Japanese cuisine is. Deep fried salmon served as a grilled salmon. Nigiri is over powered with generous amount of rice no ethic and morals in this restaurant. Service is attentive and friendly. Would recommend getting something from the bar like special roll. Nigiri and sashimi ain’t worth it.

The waitress had a horrible attitude.

Among other issues, the cucumber and eel roll we ordered was inedible. The roll was falling apart, there wasn't nearly enough rice, the cucumber was mushy and tasted old, and the Eel was SO foul that it tasted like smelliest parts of the Seattle Wharf. We had to throw it out. When I called to inform the staff of this, I felt as though they only listened to one of the many complaints I had, and focused entirely on the cucumber being bad. I then heard them YELL at the staff about this issue in a different language, which I find upsetting because I now can't verify if they are mistreating or verbally abusing their staff. In addition to this, I asked to be compensated for this roll, since we were unable to eat it. The person I spoke to agreed to this, and informed me it would take 5-7 business to receive our funds back. It has since been 5 business days, and I am beginning to suspect that the refund process was never actually initiated. I will be happy to amend my review when, and if, I am proven wrong.
