Big Easy Restaurant - Canary Wharf

Heard such much about this place over the years and was really looking forward to going as the missus suggested going for my birthday Soon as we arrived we was rushed to are seats sat down menu flung at us and pressured to get a drink straight away. Lucky enough I done my homework and read the menu at home so we was a able to order straight away, we knew we want to try abit of everything and got the platter and side of chicken, honestly the drinks came striaght away then behind that the food with in mins , I had been served quicker then anytime I have stood in a mc Donald's. All trying abit of everything the food quality was no where near as I was hoping when the food was really dry After getting the bill the bill there no way the standards and quality of food match the pricing After having the smokey bbq burps repeating on me all night I don't think it was work It at all

The service, food and atmosphere was amazing. The menu had so much to offer, a wide variety of dishes and a great selection of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Definitely recommend the Pulled pork, Caesar salad and the Sticky toffee pudding!

The service needs training, especially the younger people. I appreciate the diverse workforce but need to be trained to western practices and ways of working. Also, hygiene is not their primary concern clearly. The men toilets were a mess no paper. The food stand was dirty. It’s a great business but needs to educate the staff and the supervisors. My opinion is if you charge for service you must be delivering decent service.

We went there for an early dinner because we knew that it would get very busy later in the evening. We had their half lobster and steak meal. The steaks were succulent and tasty but their half lobsters were unfortunately very blant and dry. The service was average.

Really good…busy and excellent vibes just felt a lil forgotten at times by our waiter cos it was sooo busy

Came here for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner. We really like big easy food and chill atmosphere. I got bbq wings with ranch sauce for starters, which were delicious, and then a full rack of baby back pork ribs- everything was delicious. My boyfriend got steak and half lobster with cheesy chips, he rather enjoyed his meal. The drinks were lush, and at the end they brought out a birthday ice cream and sang happy birthday to my partner. We had a great experience here. Lovely vibe, with a live band and great customer service.

I can recommend the voodoo wings, they were excellent - As were the ribs! unfortunately most of our table ordered the brisket, which ended up being quite fatty, chewy, and arrived lukewarm. My partner had to go find the waiter, as nobody came over to ask us how our food was. The place was absolutely packed so they were clearly quite busy with other tables. When the waiter did come over, they were gracious and apologetic, and brought over the manager to talk to us. We managed to get those meals compensated as a result, but it did unfortunately put a damper on the evening, as we had been looking forward to coming here for weeks. My partner was very uncomfortable at having to make a complaint about the food, but i am glad she did as the prices can be quite high for what you get! If you come for the BBQ ribs / wings and don't mind a loud, crowded atmosphere I can still recommend The Big Easy. Just don't risk ordering the brisket!
