Big Deal Burger

Place an order for 3 plates. Upon arrival the order was not ready, so I had to wait an additional 20 minutes (they told me 10 minutes top). The baked potato was stale (unable to eat, so that was a total waste). Normally I get onion rings with it, not here. The other two plates included waffle fries that were over cooked, the were crispy and tasted like cardboard. When the order was 'completed' it was bagged and ready to take home. When I checked, the order was missing a side for which I paid extra, had to go back to pick up. Overpaid for food that we could not eat, not a good place for a quick dinner.

Not bad guys. You've earned my business.

I ordered from Big Deal for the first time and loved it. They have some massive burgers so beware but it was all delicious.

They refused 2 times to honor their promo on postmates and refused my order had to wait 30 minutes for them to actually cancel my order so I could order from somewhere else if your not going to honor promos take your selves off of postmates

Had the chuck Norris burger ! Outstanding the sauce was great and the buns were not soggy !!
