Ordered curbside. Order was scheduled for 5:45. Tracked it several times, stayed in que. I was the only car in the parking lot. At 6:25, I entered and was kindly greeted by 3 employees. I walked to a register and explained I ordered curbside. I work out of town 12 hour shift and I was exhausted. My order was just sitting on the shelf. Proceeded to leave and of course the fries were mashed together and cold. The burgers were luke warm. I was too tired to return. Very disappointed as this is my second time trying this franchise. However this locations burgers were tasty although cold and the employees were courteous even though they didn't bring my order to the car, nor did they apologize. My first attempt was Veterans, horrible.

If you are looking for an amazing burger…this is not it, unfortunately. The pictures look great, but the product was only so-so. Also, ordering online allows you to customize the toppings and I’m pretty sure they completely ignored that when putting, burger together. The young lady behind the register was pleasant. **Also, if you are trying to find it, it is inside Dickeys BBQ.
