Big Dave's Cheesesteaks

We ordered thru Doordash, detailed order to a tee...... It still was incorrect & missing toppings & extras. Not sure if someone can't read or ignored the order details!!!!

Had a great experience! Food was amazing as well as the customer service!

This is NOT a cheesesteak. If taco bell made cheesesteak you would have Big Daves. The chicken cheese sandwich was tenable. The steak one was disgusting. Fresh green peppers, onions amd mushrooms are a must for a cheesesteak. One and done for me. Just an over ambitious chain serving mediocre food.

Food was so good and fresh. All I had left was the sauce! Food came out really fast. They were also very welcoming! Thank you for your hospitality!

This was my first time visiting Big Dave's Cheesesteak & I can definitely say that I am underwhelmed & not impressed at all. I ordered the prime rib cheesesteak combo & a chicken egg roll. The egg roll tasted not fresh, the chicken was dry & the cheese was none existent (like the egg roll was reheated, the cheesesteak was not filled, seasoned, tasted greasy & like the grill hadn't been cleaned. The best thing I had was the sweet tea. My partner & I visited today about 20 mins after the establishment opened. We reside only 6mins away from this location & our food was lukewarm. I was looking forward to this experience as I am an Atlanta Native & I have definitely heard great things about Big Dave's but today made me question what I've heard!! Dissatisfied foodie & 1st time customer.... not sure if I would return!! Improvement is definitely needed!!! And to top it off customer service was subpar!!

My lady and I decided to go get some lunch at Big Dave’s , I've had his food when he was operating out of the gas station years ago, his food was delicious then. This was my girlfriends first time so her and I were excited. We came home and opened our food just to see that it was not the quality that it should have been. The chicken egg roll ($4.99) had old grease crumbs from the bottom of the fryer on it, the egg roll fell apart as we were eating it, the Phillies tasted greasy and old oil. I’m highly disappointed because I was excited about having a good Philly. I spent $40 and I’m just not satisfied.

Ordered the beef cheesesteak w/cheese, mushroom and bell pepper.. it was so good! Just what I've been looking for.. also had the fries.. they were so good! The pepsi machine was nice and clean also! My daughter had the banana pudding.. she loved it! We were disappointed that they have wings anymore tho!! But ill.be back!
