Big Daddy's Pizza was very very good. We ordered half carnivore, half cheesesteak. Both were what they advertised, and the brick fired crust was delicious. Becca was our server and she was awesome. Friendly, sweet, attentive...probably one of the best servers we have ever had anywhere. The topping are PILED on, so much so we have to take some off the carnivore. There are lots of good, different options, and the next time I am going for the momma mia. The 14" was too much for the two of us, but if you have 3 people, get it. We will definitely go again!

Big Daddy's is always on the list of places to eat while in town. How's the pizza? Well, the crust is crisp on the bottom with a little bit of chewyness. The toppings are always plentiful and the cheese is not too greasy. The Carnivore (pepperoni, prosciutto, and seasoned ground beef) is our favorite We've also eaten the sandwiches and wings. The wings are good but not your typical breaded and tossed pizza house wings. We've also eaten at the Sevierville location (which is equally delicious) but this one has more room. They also have an arcade in the back for the kids.

After a day in Gatlinburg where the rain soaked us to the bone we decided to head back to Pigeon Forge where we were staying. When we walked in we were greeted right away and told that it was about a 20 minute wait for a party of 3. They gave us a pizza-shaped beeper and we sat down with a menu since this was our first visit. Our waitress, Miranda, introduced herself as soon as the manager seated us. We told her this was our first time here. She was ready to answer any questions we had. We ordered the bruschetta to start with. Miranda was on the spot with drink refills and let us know our bruschetta was just about come out. The ticket time was very good. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. My husband wanted to save some to put on his pizza. We ordered the Carnivore Pizza and had no trouble substituting ham for the ground beef. The pizza was topped with lots of meat and the bottom of the crust had just the hint of wood-smoked undertones. This is a pizza that I would take home to my Italian father. We will be back the next time we are in town.

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday. The atmosphere was terrible. We were seated near the bar. The music was too loud and there was nothing to look at but a few games. Our server was slow and rude. When I asked for a suggestion from the menu she had none. Our pizzas were small and expensive for the price. I ordered the artichoke dip pizza with chicken. The chicken was old...very old. It was hard and dry and tasted nasty. My boyfriend isn't picky at all and usually will eat anything. Even he thought it was awful. Our waitress didn't bother to check on us throughout our meal. The only bright spot was the bus boy who apologized personally to us for her lack of service. He noticed on his own how much we were being ignored. Our waitress had a table of 12 to wait on towards the end of our meal and it took forever for her to bring us our bill for $35 (for 2 tiny nasty pizzas). She claimed it was her 5th day on the job and that's why she was rude. We finally took our bill and money to the manager so we could escape from there, only to be told that he couldn't help us, we would have to wait and pay our server. Worst dining experience in a very long time. The next day we discovered the Old Mill Cafe which was close to perfection. What a contrast. Avoid Big Daddy's at all cost!!!!!
