Big City Grill & Lemonade

They not open but the website says it is so I never got to try it

The worst customer service ever! They messed up my food had the neve to hang up on me several times while trying to speak to management!!! Left voicemail, management didn't responded!!!

It's a must when I visit Indy!

I work nearby and have ordered from Big City several times via DoorDash. I always get the chicken cheese steak and it never disappoints! I was pleasantly surprised by the slushy texture of the blue raspberry lemonade when I ordered for the first time — soooo good! Food is always delivered quickly and still hot. Highly recommend!

The staff was amazing and very friendly. The food was delicious, hot and the order was prepared in a very short amount of time. Will definitely be going back to try more menu items.

Ordered the catfish nuggets and the presentation was great, fish was cooked to great, but low/no seasoning! Had to add ketchup in order to enhance experience. This was my first, and last time.
