Big Chicken Town

My husband and i have been coming to surrey location because we love their food. However, so disappointed by the service. The server who serves the food doesn’t even reply or if you ask them or request them her attitude is terrible.We always tip whenever we go to every restaurant. This is so disappointing when you go there, eat and you are paying for the food but the service is too bad. I requested her a bag and was ready to pay for it. She didnt say a word and was just doing her things and after few mins she handed a bag and i paid for it.While i was checking the machine if the money went through she just took the machine without saying a word. This is so unprofessional. They to need fix their attitude honestly. We have been coming to this location from past few years but i have seen this server recently. Never had this experience before. We will never come back here again. Thank you!!!

Gotta go check this spot out if your in the Guildford area! The food is really good and the portions are big. The servers are always in good spirits and the atmosphere is really cool. It will be calm during the afternoon and a little louder at night, but thats just cause they serve alcohol (Thank Goodness). The booths are a little cramped but I'm a big guy so I won't hold that on them. Go eat here on a Friday at 10pm and enjoy!

Server took our order; didn’t double check our order… didn’t check in on us either ‍♀️ they forgot our fish cake soup and I had to ask if it was coming or not. It was not welcoming or pleasant service. As for the food; super good. I don’t think they’re korean owned anymore, so they’re doing good as they’ve been open since I was in high school.

Far away my favorite place for Korean style fried chicken. The corn chicken is always a must and the portion sizes are appropriate for what you’re paying. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the wait staff, despite what some reviews here are saying. I recommend coming here yourself and trying it out. The only downside is it may take a while for your food to get out, but it’s a long process to get the stuff together. Really great tasting chicken!

One of the best fried chicken spots! Come here really often with my friends and we always get the sweet dream chicken and spicy chili. They also serve beers too which is great and the prices are really cheap.

Food is good but service is excellent. Waitress, Mary, was super friendly and very nice and provided exceptional service. She was the only waitress and she took very good care of us.
