FANTASTIC! Peyton was amazing! Professional, timely, friendly, flexible, great communication, AND the ice cream was delicious! Big Bros catered the ice cream for a large church picnic in Barrington. The people lined up immediately, in the rain, and were thrilled with the large delicious servings! Due to the weather, the picnic location and time had to change. Big Bros was incredibly helpful and flexible in accommodating the changes. I can't say enough wonderful things about Big Bros! They are HIGHLY Recommended!

Big Bros catered our Eid party this week. From booking to confirming, and even to checking ingredients to make sure there is no gelatin - Peyton was awesome to work with. The ice creams are huge and the kids (and adults!) were overjoyed. When I look for a catering company for our yearly holiday events I look for: ease of booking, no extra fees - what is advertised is what you pay, timeliness, professionalism, a charismatic and respectful person serving the ice cream (we all know kids can be indecisive), and a positive attitude. I got all of that with Big Bros and I’ll be sure to book them for all of my future ice cream parties!

This event brought teachers, students together for some great ice cream and fun! The service was five stars, he was on time and ice cream was excellent! Highly recommend for private parties and just some good ice cream!

If you are looking for exceptional service, delicious SOFT SERVE (the best) ice cream, and something to level up your special event? Big Bros is it! Couldn't have asked for anything more, plus we have a peanut allergy and Peyton was very respectful of that and ensure no nuts were used during our party. Big Bros Ice Cream is a very nice aesthetically looking ice cream truck. The ice cream is very delicious as well as the nachos! The owner is very professional and welcoming. Back again ice cream is the best in Chicago! The best truck I’ve seen! Customer service is the best I’ve had.

We had Big Bros Ice Crean truck rented for an hour at our Juneteenth event and it was awesome! They were punctual and the ice cream was delicious! Perfect blend of sweet and creamy on a sunny summer day. Everyone loved it! Love when Black owned businesses show up and show out! 🙌🏾 😍
