Big Apple Pizza & Pasta

Apparently these owners are new and nothing like the ones prior. We got a text that said they're busier then usual so our order will be ready at 8:30pm (we ordered at 7:40ish). We live 2 minutes from the store (not even) and our food was cold. Our knots were old and dry, 6 overcooked and 6 undercooked. The pizza was cold, not even remotely warm for being down the street. Why make us wait THAT long for carry out when there wasn't a single person there?! To make matters worse, we asked for marinara sauce for our knots, 12 knots mind you, we got a tiny sauce cup and the counter guy says what do you expect for no charge? My husband said he'll buy more sauce and that was a no go. A complete joke of a restaurant and service. We'll return to Marcos off of Prima Vista, at least their food is HOT when we get home, they aren't cheap about giving some sauce away and far from being rude. Bring back the old owners!

I absolutely love my Big Apple family on Bayshore they care ❤ about me. Courtesy, amazing service, family oriented. Welcoming environment. Delicious food. Prices the best in town! Love Lunch menus 2 can eat from them! My kids love kids meals! Always Bayshore Big Apple giving back to the community! Donations books clothing drives! I love you call ❤ almost time for us to come order! Pizza pasta and mouth watering sweet chili crispy wings!! Blessings success prosperity always Amilia.

Good food and even better service

Outstanding pizza!!! Their pizza sauce is fantastic!!! Their staff is very Professional and they enjoy working there. One of the best pizzas in this area. Update**** I got the Sausage n Cheese Pizza today!!! One of the best pizzas' ever....If you want a great Pizza, You need to come here on BayShore!!!! I have read a lot of the reviews....People, you are not ordering from a national low value pizza here. Quality ingredients takes time, quantity does not. Big Apple Pizza is a Very High Quality Pizza....It takes time for this, appreciate the outstanding people that work there. Appreciate that the local owner who pays their local employees vice a celebrity star that would never eat a pizza from the chain that they endorse.... Update.....Of All the local Pizza Restaurants, Big Apple Pizza on BayShore is by far one of the best locally!!! I manage the Invincibles Paintball Park here in PSL....Of all the local Pizza places, they by far exceed all the other local n big chain Pizza places. We use them exclusively..... All of my Paintball Party Groups say this is one of the best they have had!!! If you are locally, Visit them on BayShore Blvd....Ask for Justin!!!!
