The food was delicious as always. Prices were covered up on the menu board. Seems disorganized also. Asked for cips and was told they don't have anything like that then when I got home, there were bagel cups so that was totally cool.

Not environmentally friendly. The whole point of asking for coffee in a personal cup is to cut down on paper waste… They refused to accommodate, stating that I could pour my order into my personal cup after they put it in the paper one. Damage to the planet lasts longer and affects more lives than any health-related risks one might experience from touching a clean, reusable cup.

This food is decent but the workers are an embarrassment. The blonde woman behind the counter clearly shouldn’t work there because she blatantly discriminates the customers.

Great service, good breakfast, pleasant atmosphere! The best bagels in Grand Rapids!

Came in for the 1st time in a very long time today with the family. We were super impressed by the service, but also the low prices and high quality food!! Everything from sandwiches to bagels, cold or toasted, drinks, muffins, and so much more. It was nice and quiet and very peaceful inside. Much bigger dining area than one would expect from the size of the store front. It was such a treat and we will definitely come back!!!
