Very good Bagels. I got the lox Bagel, iced vinilla latte, and a deep dish apple muffin. All were fantastic and the customer service was excellent. If you're in De pere I would highly recommend a visit to Big Apple Bagels.

Had a bad experience when I went here. There was a man who wasn't very pleasant who served me, and the food tasted like it was all cooked in a microwave, much like frozen food is. Very disappointing and won't be back.

Order incorrectly filled. Bagel was not at all like a NYC bagel.

Always great food!

The girls were all very nice but the man who i’m assuming is the manager/boss, was not friendly. I didn’t see him smile once. I asked him about an issue I had with a messed up order and he just gave me a disapproving look. This is disappointing as I had great service with all of the girls that work there, they are very kind and helpful. Probably won’t come back unfortunately

Always enjoy my bagel and cream cheese! The sandwiches are also delicious. I appreciate the fact that I can call ahead for pick-up.

This place is a great alternative to the fast food joints. Love coming here.

This is my go to breakfast spot, best bagels around! My favorite is the American Sunrise with bacon on cinnamon raisin toasted bagel. (Don’t knock it till you try it lol) The staff is always friendly and the location is great too. St Norbert student discount is always appreciated ;)
