At 12:45, my husband and I went into the bagel shop to order two bagels. Both were lightly toasted, even though I order mine darker. Both bagels were bland and tasteless. Service at the register was okay and order was repeated but my order was still not as requested. We were given our bagels and bags. My husband grab the bag and sat down to eat. A few minutes later, we were told that we had to leave because they close at 1:00. Customer service is not a priority for sure. As a side note, we gone to many establishments and walked a minute before they close and still were given time to eat or at least told that before we order. Conclusion, we were not impressed and will not be going in to waste our time or money.
