My husband was just at B.A.B. He bought a breakfast sandwich, a muffin & bagel. The sandwich & muffin were great. My bagel was not. It was burnt! We have NEVER had a problem with their bagels. They've always been delicious. I called to tell them that the bagel was burnt & the worker saw this, still put cream cheese on it & sold it to us. You could clearly see that it was burnt & yet cream cheese was still applied. I was told that "they must have read the order wrong & toasted it twice." I'm not sure if someone that wanted their bagel toasted twice would eat this, it's burnt (black)! I actually took a picture of it to show them, so I would be given the option to replacement it or given our money back. I was just told that "they'd let 'em know." They"re too expensive for B.A.B. to not say they were sorry & it would be remade the right.way. So I just wanted to let others know & tell other customers, "Don't have your bagel(s) toasted twice!" It's just gross!
