I have always been a fan of bibibop with the exception of the service i always receive from one employee named JEAN. I used to visit the bethesda location until they recently closed. I decided to go to the Silver Spring location the other day since i was in the area not knowing that Jean is now working there. As expected, I was treated very rudely. He always make it seem like i am an inconvenience to him (as well as the other employees at the silver spring location who are very inattentive and unfriendly) I left a review on the app after a purchase and didn’t receive an email response from the customer care team but rather i received a call from the store the next day which i think was weird as they didn’t leave a voicemail or anything.

Great fast food but the Kim chi was sour and tasted super off. Great fast lunch spot otherwise.

Gluten free and so many healthy options. Will be back
