BIBIBOP Asian Grill

So i had to delete my old review because i was hangry when i wrote it . I bought 2 bowls and only got 1, so i canceled because i didn't know if they would believe me when i reached out to tell them. I asked if my dasher could go back and get the 2nd one but she said i have to cancel and call bibibop directly, i tried reaching out to bibibop but there was no way to reach them, i was furious because i had used a bibibop gift card and cant call my bank for that. UPDATE: Bibibop saw my review and reached out, even though it was late last night(i was still up btw bcos i was hungry) they made sure they issued a refund to my app and apologized for everything and also called this morning to follow up and apologized again. That is what i call 5-star customer service. Mistakes happen with orders,i wasn't angry about the mistake, i was just upset because couldn't reach anyone to help solve my problem and send out my order. i am happy that they reached out and resolved my issue. Even though i would have loved to have my dinner, I am grateful i got my refund .

My absolute favorite place to grab something full of flavor, quick and healthy. It’s the Asian version of chipotle. $10-15

The food was okay, tasted fine per usual, but when I went there was 2 women on the line serving me and everything was fine with them, but there was a couple a man and a woman off to the back really “handsy” with each other which is really uncomfortable to watch when these are the people cooking and prepping your food… made me feel bad for the workers serving me because they were very obviously weirded out too.

Online order was not ready when we arrived. But when it arrived it was good, tasty, as ordered. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free sweet potato noodles.

Meh. For such colorful food, it didn't seem loaded with flavor. I had the "Bibibop Favorite," which was noodles, veggies, your side of meat, with some mayo-based sauce. Leaning towards not coming back.

The elva served me was amazing and the man who was my cashier Anthony suggested a sauce that I've never tried it was really good! Amazing place!
