BIBIBOP Asian Grill

I love the concept and the atmosphere of the restaurant. The quality of the food is amazing, especially for the price. The last couple times I've been there, the meat has been lukewarm. I think that management needs to really take a serious look at that issue if they want to remain in business long term. I am not sure I will be back anytime soon unless I get coupons, but they seemed busy enough, and I hope they don't ignore concerns about keeping their food at a good temperature.

Excellent Korean style food. Better value than Chipotle in IMHO.

Very clean restaurant. Food had great flavor and was a great price for the amount of food you get. Only complaint was that the food was mildly warm at best; the food just sits on a hot table and it doesn't do a good job at at keeping ALL of the food hot. It keeps the bottom hot, but not the top - they need to add heat lamps on top or something. Might try it one more time to see if they fix this issue, then after that would probably pass it it wasn't fixed.

Personally, I love bibibop. It’s my go to for everything. Recently though, i have had horrible experiences here. I order the same thing every time and the portions could not be more off. I ask for black beans and they give me not even half of a scoop. The carrots and cheese and kale is the same thing, incredibly small amounts. This would all be fine if it wasn’t for the steak. Recently they started using measuring cups for the meat to make sure that they are giving the right amount. I was given maybe a third of the one cup measure. This is absolutely absurd. I asked for sesame oil and the worker gave me one packet. What is one packet going to do??? Absolutely nothing. I could not be more livid from this experience.
