FYI, these folks are still getting ready to launch their full menu, but they still have all of the same pizza and Italian favorites from Vitos since the chef for those specialties stayed, but they are waiting for new staff to begin the Spanish side of the menu. We were a bit bummed to discover this surprise when we went for lunch as we wanted to try a bit of the new items, but we were happy to see that the classics were unchanged. They do not appear to have a fountain soda machine, though, so the drinks are bottles from a cooler now. I forgot to ask if they will have a beer license in the future, but I hope they will as that could make for a delicious dinner out with friends. Otherwise, the staff were helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. You will need to order at the counter for now instead of at the table, though, so bear that in mind as they are getting up to speed.
My husband and I started going here when it was Vito's, and Vito owned it. It was great and fresh. Then when the other owner took over, we continued to go. He was super nice, and the recipes stayed the same, and everything was still fresh and on point. One of our last visits there, the son of the owner, told us his dad was kinda stepping away and leaving it to the head pizza guy...who doesn't speak a word of English. We went back one more time, and the windows were covered with mexican dishes. We walked away and never went back. Our favorite pizza place has now turned mexican. That's okay though! I no longer go there and I have since found local pizza places that are just as good and/or better. And speak English!
Magnifico Still miss vetos name but it seems all recipes are the same
We ordered pepperoni pizza. No flavor..dry crust will not eat there any more. A frozen pizza would be better!
When it was vito's the pizza was so good! Since they changed I have no idea why..but the pizza is not the same..and half of the time it's under cooked or over cooked..seriously gonna start searching for a new pizza place. Cause this happen about 6 times..and I'm done....it's a sham because this was my go to place cause it reminded me of jersey pizza..now the pizza is not good anymore....disappointed also the. Buffalo wings have a werid taste to them now..definitely not the same....maybe they need to hire a different chef? Cause the new guy is not doing it for me..I want the old guy back!
Five stars awarded in 2019 Cannot speak for current owner. In fact, I am troubled that my very positive review of Vito's was simply ported over to a new operator.
been getting pizza there for 10 years but no more. I don't know much about making pizza but something has changed. I don't know if it's the ingredients or the prep either way it is completely different. The crust sucks. Sorry to say I'll have to find someplace else. It is definitely not New York style anymore
This is the best Italian food in all of Greer! The pizza is outstanding and there is no lack of cheese! The staff is super friendly and the place is clean. Update: 11/1/23 We revisited this place not realizing there were new owners. The place looks completely different and the food is trash. We spent $60 for two pizzas and 3 orders of cheese fries. The pizza sauce tasted funky. The crust would have been disgusting without the added fact that they also burned it. It looked like they threw whatever old meat they could find on the top of it and called it a masterpiece. We ended up throwing the bulk of it away and feasting on Halloween candy. Reese's to the rescue! I read the comments about the non-english speaking people runnning the place and I would just like to add that it has nothing to do with a review for food and you should consider never leaving your house again. The world doesn't need you. These people were very nice and helpful. The woman behind the counter was incredibly sweet. They just can't seem to slap a pizza together...
Ate lunch here. Janet took great care of us. Food was delicious!! I had Street Tacos, Beef. Alex owner/ cook is an amazing cook. All authentic Mexican food. But BIB also has alot to choose from on the menu. Prices are decent!! Highly recommend!
