Service was very slow. The food was good took long time to get it same with desert. Not impressed with the service

Put in a take out order to be picked up at 5:45. Didn’t get my pizza of the month until 6:11. When I received the pizza the hostess didn’t give me a receipt and shoved the box in my hand. When I opened the box, the pizza and all the topping were completely burnt but they did try to cover it completely with the arugula. Worst experience I have had at a restaurant in a long time. Inwill not be back.

Amanda is fantastic. My food wasn’t perfect but she made my night wonderful anyhow. Kudos! It’s the staff that really makes the meal.

Sooo I have been to this Biaggis about 5 times before today. I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experiences till today. I actually deleted my old review because I wasted to clarify some things. First off the food never and I mean never disappoints. And if you go at night time you will have the best service. HOWEVER.. if you go for lunch I can tell you it’s a completely different situation. Service is rough. Eric the waiter specifically has no personality and when I told him we came every year for my birthday and we were excited to be there he was very dry and cold. He would be gone for whole 15 min periods and we were the only table in the section. He forgot food and gave food to the wrong people. When I told the manger I was just looking for an apology because it was my mother’s first time there and I wanted to show her it’s not normal. The table behind us had amazing service and a different waiters. She said he was a great waiter and told me I only get free desert if I’m apart of the club… never been that way before.. even Eric told me it was free and she charged me so I gave it back and left with a horrible taste I my mouth for management David and Christine. Never got an apology they just told me they don’t sing or anything… I don’t ask to be sang to just good service. I was a valued return customer… how sad I won’t be returning. Shout out to the night crew. You guys held it down for years!!

The food was decent but definitely not worth the wait. My wife and I stopped in for lunch and ended up getting forgotten about for about 40 minutes. By the time our server realized we were at one of her tables, we were starving. We had to ask for bread when every other table around us got it pretty quickly and we barely had any contact with our server unless we made an effort to flag here down. Given the prices and the okayish quality of the food, we will not be returning and do not recommend stopping in.
