Kale was wilted, fries were burnt, missing croutons on my salad. 2nd time trying food here, unpleasant experiences both times. Will not be returning

Hygiene pobre. Piso y mesas sucios. La comida, un sándwich de pollo en vez de caliente la carne estaba fría. El lugar tenía mal olor. El joven trabajando en preparación de comida so se cambió los guantes con frecuencia y aún más agravante se tocaba y rascaba nariz con los mismos guantes conque preparaba y tocaba los alimentos. Cómo puedo conseguir reembolso??

Was my Second time at Bgood, i like that place, the staff, was friendly. My proteína smoothie was great, congratulation.

Had an unpleasant visit to this location today, the place was clean and the staff polite, the food on the other hand wasn’t that good. The vanilla milkshake tasted way more like milk than vanilla, the burger patty was really good but the bacon was cold. I’ve asked the person who made the milkshake if that’s how it usually tastes and the answer was yes so well, not coming back so soon

I love everything about this place. The food tastes very good, very home-made. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Give it a try!

Food is good but they are are NOTTTTT attentive to detail if you ask them to replace or substitute something forget it

Healthy food that organic, local farm to table. Many vegetarian choices. Vegetarian options: Quite a few vegetarian options, more than most restraunts Wheelchair accessibility: Direct front door access frpm parking lot with a wide doorway.

Order for delivery. Chicken Caesar salad was okay. They were out of milkshakes because they didn't have ice cream? They called immediately to let me know, which was super great. We got the Mac n cheese balls instead. They were good. BUT we actually ordered 3 orders of the snack chicken tenders - they only sent 4 PCs. We ordered 3 french fries - they were white - not golden and crispy, and also pretty flavorless. The burger was fine - pretty dry, despite being medium. We also ordered a ginger beer and a root beer, they sent 2 root beers. The ordering prompt specifically asked if we wanted disposable plates and utensils - which I did say yes to. They did not send any. Also, we asked for ketchup as the sauce for each thing we ordered. They sent 4 little squeeze packets. Probably would not order here again.
