Horrible customer service. The lady just placed our food outside the window and didn’t tell us it was ours and we asked she she said “yea you guys are the only ones up here” but they forgot our parents drinks when they were the first ones to order WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. And she talks to you like she hates her life

Ordered a Mexican Vanilla Malt and an ice cream cone. Both were great. Service was a bit slow, but we were waiting on the ferry, so, not like we had anywhere to go.

Some of the best soft serve ice cream I think I have ever enjoyed. You have got to stop here if you get a chance and find yourself on dauphin Island.

Went here during my vacation to Gulf Shores, AL. The place looked amazing, got there, lady at the front was not very friendly. Peanut butter Chocolate milkshake was flavorless. Tasted like drinking a straight cup of milk with some chunky chocolate powder in the bottom. Ice cream was decent, soda’s were overpriced. I’d go to this place again only as a last resort. Was looking forward to this at Dauphin Island. Parking: 4 spots for a busy Island. Parking spots next door, but have to pay.

My favorite place for the Cuban club which is the best I ever had and even soft ice cream. The staff will go out of their way to help you and is very nice always with a smile. I highly recommend

Soft serve ice cream was great. Coffee were pretty good, not overly sweet. Friendly people, thanks!

We ordered 3 shakes all three had an after taste and really lacked the flavor we ordered, will not be going back. Was way better last year.
