Staff are very helpful and professional.

Pros: very friendly, thoughtful staff that proactively directed us on where to go as we entered probably looking a little bewildered Cons: Unfortunately the seating is very uncomfortable if you're tall (im 6ft4). I paid for "premium" seats but the only advantage they had over regular seats was their location was slightly better than the more forward rows. IMAX can have the best sound systems and screens in the UK but if the actual seating isn't comfortable I'd rather just watch the movie from home. UK theatres need to take a page from Everyman cinemas (and most theatres across the US) and understand that the classic cramped space/shared armrest, standing-salute-everyone-in-your-row-to-go-to-the-loo is not a premium theatre experience.

Amazing. I saw a great film in the best place possible. Well worth it!

Good value food and drink, but the screen was kind of too big to be honest. Just not necessary to watch something on it.
