We got a cake here for my birthday and it was genuinely terrible. We really aren’t picky people but this cake had an awful texture and zero sweet taste. The cake felt rubbery when we tried to chew it. Not a single person in our family of 5 took more than one bite. We are a small business owning family and strongly believe in going to a business to have them right a wrong instead of leaving bad reviews, but when my father took the cake back (yes the full cake including the unfinished cut pieces) he was met with a very rude and argumentative staff and manager. They didn’t refund, offer store credit, or even send him home with a new cake. So not only do they have awful cakes, they have awful service.
Because of my birthday, I wanted to buy a cake. The staff who made the cake had a bad attitude and shut the refrigerator door directly with force. The sound was very loud, which made people very unhappy. I don't want to give you a star
I went in today waited at the register and was ignored by 2 employees, they then started to help another customer that had just walked up. instead of telling me the front registered was closed I had to ask and the younger one was rude. decided to walk across and order my drink at what the pho, I paid a little more but the quality of treatment was worth it!
The butter floral roll and the milk tea. My piece of heaven on earth.Yes, I went out of my way to go here. Worth every minute!
I wouldn't say that this is the best bakery, but it is certainly very good and made fresh each day. A huge assortment of cream-filled buns, egg tarts, custards, sponge cakes, and more that is readily available. They also sell wedding and birthday cakes and other specialty items. It's right inside 99 Ranch market by the food court corner so you don't have to step out while you shop. Your bakery purchase points are combined with your 99 Ranch shopping points if you show them your card.
