Beyond Therapy

I just left beyond therapy. I have a service animal.this is a private club for which I am a paid member. So I go in order a drink the bartender starts in on me about my service dog . I tell her it is so totally against the law to tell me what my service animal should have on. So I kind of blew her off and went to the back where I meeting some friends and the front doorman comes to me with the house phone and pam is on the phone and the starts in on me about I have to prove and totally convince her with my paperwork that my bella is a service animal and if not she didn't want her there. So I tell her when I bought the membership my bella was with me and I had coming to her place of business for almost a year and she called a liar.so I tell her the drama I did not need that if she would just refund the membership fee and I would not even worry about coming back because obviously if she were the owner disrespecting me a patron of her business like she was I didn't care to member. So she said the membership fee was nonfundable. So I'm gonna check on this to see what I should however the lady pam should check the federal laws on what she is doing. My bella goes everywhere with me most people don't realize I have a service dog with me .she has been in court rooms with me. I'm pretty upset about how I was just treated.

Great place with great kept up tables. I just wish there were ppl that could shoot pool there Nothin but players there, great ppl, and great atmosphere. I've got nothing but positive vibes from the good ppl that frequent that place. The owners are two amazing ppl that make that happen. Best place in Florence for good food, karaoke, cold drinks, along with an awesome bartender, and good times that follow

Very political. Feels like outsiders are not welcome and are treated as such. The one star is for the diamond tables. You can't play on Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday nights bc all 6 bar tables are reserved for league play. Patrons are taken for granted.

A dead end dive bar. The only place I've ever heard you can't walk in and get a drink . Maby the bartender should be a little more polite also . This establishment doesn't except guest . Don't waste your time trying too bring in buisness.

The people who sit at the bar are genuinely great people! The bartender Christine makes great cocktails! The worst time to go, would be on tournament nights, if you don't play pool! If you don't play pool, they will be rude to you! I will return but on days or nights without the tournament groupies.

I came here to sign up and shoot pool and the welcoming was not that great I was stared at by a few workers while I stood there waiting for assistance because the sign on the door says show your ID and membership which I don't have there was no help just why I'm standing here
