Superior Thai food in the Denver area.
Bad service. Don’t recommend.
Poorly run business. Online ordering is useless. Placed an order 30 min ago and they never made it and said they called me after I didn’t have any calls. I would be understanding if they made my order right away but said it was going to be another 20 min. Asked for a refund but they can’t even refund orders themselves made online. Awful execution and customer service and an even worse experience. Update: Again instead of making it right the store would rather argue about it and give a fake apology. I’m sure this isn’t the first time this has happened and won’t be last. You got it wrong so make it right which you didn’t and still haven’t. If you did the review would most definitely change. I understand you were busy that’s why I placed the order almost 40 min in advance. Then you lie about calling me to verify my order once I arrive? Food is great the customer service just needs work.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I honestly don't know why there are a lot of positive reviews here. I stopped by to try this place based on the stars and reviews and I was only disappointed. For starters, they made a mistake on the order (maybe for a good reason), when they brought the food, there was hardly enough food on the plate - supposedly ("half tofu and vegetables") but there wasn't much to fill anyone up. The food was greasy and very oily, hardly had any taste of a typical pas see eaw, not to mention that is overpriced compared to the quality and flattened portion, if anything I wasn't happy with my experience at all, over $16 of a vegetable pad see eaw was not worth it! You can get a better experience at other places than here, I know that for sure! I have been to many Thai restaurants that had better flavor, taste, portion and were not stingy with the use of tofu and vegetables in their dishes so this was a very disappointing for me, the dish was covered and dripping in oil, it made me sick. I don't know what people are thinking but all I know is that it tells me they don't know much about a good dish and meal at a Thai restaurant because this place clearly lacked in all areas. I would not recommend this place to anyone.....
Love this place! The food is phenomenal and the staff are so friendly and inviting.
This place is incredible! The food is excellent, the service is fast and friendly and the delivery team just came to my house in a snowstorm so quickly with super hot food! Rice is cooked PERFECTLY! We love the pineapple curry and the Tom yum soup!
I'll start by saying the Drunken Noodles are very delicious, one of the better ones I've had in Denver. The Pad Thai was average, but also tasty. I think this place has a lot of potential but what prevented 5 stars was how expensive this meal ended up being. Each dish was $16 including an extra $2 for beef. All in with taxes, etc, I'm not sure it's worth $20 for a single takeout dish. And this was me picking up, not delivery. Kind of steep, not sure I would frequent this place for that reason, but I would come back.
Not sure why this place got so many good reviews. First time being here today and ordered pad Thai and papaya salad which costed $32!!! Too sad they are not even authentic thai. Pad Thai is watery and too sweet. Salad has no flavor even with hot. No napkins were included in a Togo bag. Really a tragedy . Try somewhere else, I am sure there is better Thai place in the neighborhood
