Great gem in SOMA. Wonton noodle soup was probably one of the best in the city. The noodles were thin and chewy (like they should be). Beef brisket and tendon were on point.

Went in out of curiosity and came out delighted. I got the pig skin and radish appetizer and the Noodle Cart with their super beefy mala broth, round egg noodles, tripe, pig intestine, brisket, and tendon… The noodles were fresh, springy, and plentiful. The ingredients each had their own distinct and different flavoring unlike many other shops who simply boil-and-add to the soup; this level of care for each ingredient is a rarity— especially at the fair price point! I’ll need to return for a new combination of flavor!

Very authentic hong kong style noodle with a variety of choices of toppings! The HK Milk tea is also very good.

Wow, super yummy, good portions, and reasonably priced! Had the cart noodles with tripe, mushroom, egg, added wonton, and braised soup. The egg noodles were insanely bouncy and delicious. A gem!
