Love their coffee.... always wakes me up
The lid popped off the coffee when the cashier handed it to me, covering me in hot coffee, and the cashier didn’t say anything or even offer napkins. Be careful ordering at this location. The employees are so rushed that they can’t even put the lids on properly or offer a napkin when they burn their customers. This happened again the next time I went, too. Also, I’ve waited 45 minutes at the window trying to pickup a mobile order. It would’ve been faster to drive through.
They have a lavender latte and Starbucks doesn't which makes them better in my book.
Not my favorite, always feel rushed, prices are too high, not very friendly and the coffee used to be better.

I placed an online order that took almost an additional 30 minutes to be ready After the time I was told it’d be ready for pick up. It was busy so I tried to be understanding however, the fact I watched cars enter the drive thru which was out to the street and then leave before I got my drink was slightly more unacceptable. I’m glad you guys have business because I won’t be back, never have this problem with Dutch bros
