this spot is always so so busy but the staff is always so kind and cheery. I recommend ordering online for pickup! a blonde gal with blue eyes helped me today and I didn’t catch her name but even through the rush she was so helpful and I’d like to recognize her. they ran out of the pastry I ordered and she recommended something else that was equally delicious. thank you, happy holidays!

Waiting 40 min for coffee is not ok and closing early shouldn’t

I mobile ordered my breakfast before work, I get there and they’re out of my entire order. I don’t know why they didn’t update their online ordering system but nonetheless, I didn’t have breakfast this morning. I get to be hungry until lunch. I would have made other plans if they had just communicated with me. I wasted my morning here and I have to spend another 20 minutes on the phone with customer service to get my money back. What an actual joke.

Starbucks had long lines, so tried vanilla latte here. It had smoother texture than Sbux latte. But it was slightly sweeter for me. Overall liked it. Would definitely try again.
