Best at its best. I wanted to visit this place for a while and all I can say is that I was in heaven, I mean if there is a heaven it has to have cream cheese and better beagles. Try any flavor but onion is the bomb. I will visit this place again and I hope soon. The coffee and service was amazing by the way. Papi’s favorite in Boston

Amazing Bagels, terrible staff. Close the store early when they want to. Seem beleaguered when doing their job.

One of the best bagels I have tried in boston. The bagle was fresh, tasted great and the price was very reasonable for being in the seaport area! They also have a hash brown on bagle option which I haven't seen at many bagle places yet. The bagels are quite heavy/ filling though.

Top knotch all around. Great food, great coffee, great service. Doesnt get any "Better" in the Bagel world

Financial District service is horrible, people were served who ordered after me , finally when i said something made my order rushed and wrong and when i requested a refund told me one second it is coming. Was in there 15 minutes to be forgotten - Never again.

Disappointing bagels - they were not very large or as chewy/dense as a proper bagel should be, but rather were soft and airy like a grocery store bagel. Overpriced, too.

honestly, I was expecting more. the cheese is too thick and feels really greasy. I ordered from uber eats, that’s why i can’t base my whole opinion on the bagel I got delivered, so i’m giving it 2 stars.
