The bar server (white dude with beard and belly) has to go. He is costing the bar lot of $$$. Lot of people are complaining

EDISON WHO WORKS AT THE BAR WAS DISGUSTING, me and my friends were at the bar we was asked what we wanted wasn’t given a menu and Edison just walked away! He gave us a menu after 5 mins all with a mean face and was not happy at all. Eddie came over to help us more then Edison. Edison should not be dealing with customers. We gave him a tip and he yelled at us for not giving him the tip he wanted. Please tell Edison if he provides bad service he gets bad tips.

Somehow this place got my credit card information and I’m not sure how since I live in Utah and don’t gamble. Tried to charge my card for $333 and it was declined luckily. Looks like another person had same experience, so I’m guessing somebody who works there knows how to hack into credit card accounts, or hack into Apple Pay.

Horrible experience!!! They have sales boys selling products that don't even exist. They speak in very vague terms such as, "it SHOULD pop right up". He promised me 2 promos when signing up. I only got 1. Then when I inquire about it, with customer service, they tell me there was never even a chance of it happening because they are 2 separate promos. Pretty much sold a product that NEVER existed and they would not stand by it. Very unhappy with BETMGM. Unprofessional and not helpful at all. Do yourself a favor if you're going there... just download FanDuel or DraftKings and bet on sports through there. Don't give into these IDIOTS that don't even understand the products they're selling.

Mgm Sportsbook make it very easy to deposit money into your account, but the options they give you to transfer money out is almost impossible. Stick with DraftKings and FanDuel they run smoothly

Poker machines at the bar in a sportsbook? Lame as it gets. most people at the bar aren’t even watching the games

This place steals credit card information. Was charged over $800 and have never been here in my entire life.

Somehow, my credit card had a fraudulent activity that was used on this property back in May 8, 2023. I haven't been here, and I'm based in Hawaii.
