This app is a complete scam! I have played it for years! I land on the grand one time supposed to pay out $6000 and that spin is noooowhere to be found in the game logs! How strange! They make it impossible to actually win! After sending them picture proof they told me it was my internet when in fact it was not! I went to let the world know on Facebook and am now blocked!

Well I'm not one to find fault with places, but their online casino app is horrible. I played and won but when I went to withdraw I found money going to a card that do not belong to me, and because of their "split" withdrawals system I pointed out that this is not my card, I only have two cards I've used and they had the money split amongst 3 cards, I asked the customer service operator to show where I made a deposit using that card, then it would make sense for them to use it. She couldn't of course, because it's not a card of mine. Anyway whoever it belongs to just got a portion of my winnings. Not only that but when I tried to go back into the casino, I kept getting error messages. I don't think I have to say that this is not a casino I would want to use again. It's too many out there to be centered on one. Please just give me and the mysterious person our winnings.

These people outright false advertise I don't know how many times now I've brought to your attention the fact that I didn't receive something in conjunction w a promo or special going on whether it be winnings or free spins for instance just yesterday it said drop 20 get 20 free spins I claimed it deposited money and guess how many free spins I got 0 zero zilch then when I enquire of course technicians are all over but making no progress like always until you give up or forget and then they repeatedly lie to you about it Betmgm you people really do suck. You don't answer me via chat nor email What you do is play dumb

Absolute worst casino around! They’re employees are rude and useless! The promotions they run only work sometimes. Don’t waste your money go to Motorcity or Greektown you’ll have a much better time with a much better atmosphere!

They can't handle one hacker. Check in was 2 hours and then the next day all our keys didn't work and had to wait in line another hour. Pathetic
