Loved it. First time for ethiopian food and had no idea where to start. The lady brought us the veggie combo and a meat dish and it was all wonderful. Enough spice in a few to know it was there but not really overpowering for those who only like minimal spice. Will definitely be back.
We have been frequenting coming to this restaurant for years now. The quality of the food served here is unmatched in the entire city. We love it so much that we visit once every two weeks.
Was looking for a halal Ethiopian restaurant and found this on google. Food was amazing. The tibbs, injera, samosa and the vegetarian options were all very delicious and flavorful. Will definitely be back. Run by very friendly people. Also, their restrooms are very clean. Vegetarian options: Lots of very delicious veg options. Different types of lentils, veg samosa, and other options. Parking: Street parking available with easy short walk to the restaurant.
This was amazing! The food here was so so good . We ordered Awaze tibs , veggie combo and samosa . They were all so good and large quantities- all the meat was halal and a lot of vegetarian options . The best place in town for halal Ethiopian food. The owner was very friendly and nice ! Place was clean. Over all enjoyed the experience and plan to come again and recommend to friends and family !
Two thrones and amazing food . What more could you ask for? Eat like a king or queen. It was sooo good I would go back right now but I’m really full.
Best Ethiopian food in Edmonton.
I usually love Ethiopian food. This doro wat, too bitter to eat, it had an egg shell left behind, and poorly salted.I had to through it out. The other vegetables were not well salted either and also had a bitter taste although not as bitter. I will return with improvements. Thanks for trying.
I was here awhile back ago and I thought I leave a review. The lady there was very nice to me and the food was delicious
