Terrible service. Overpriced. Charged me $16.00 to print a single page, implied with a very racist demeanor that he needed to see the money first, made me explain why I wanted to do this transaction and made me wait like 6 - 7 minutes for it. Seriously, don't come here... also a very sketchy vibe where the employees kept looking at each other, angry that I walked in!

Terrible service… there’s a literal AirHead working the front , most likely got the job because he’s probably related… you can tell he’s straight out of the special needs class , you talk to him he’s looking at you but you can tell he’s seeing cartoons and colors in his head smh … place is over priced and the staff is literally no help , like they’ll overcharge you - not recommend any suggestions to help , just literally do nothing , they are in there making free money and have terrible customer service on top of that

They were great! I had an appointment for fingerprints, which I always get nervous about because I have hyperhydrosis (sweaty hands). They were patient and helped me problem solve how to get my prints done (cold water, paper towels, etc.) and we got all of them done! Thank you Best Graphics!!

The person at the desk was polite and professional. She greeted me and let me know that there would be a wait of a couple minutes for the service I needed. Once my turn came, she served me patiently, and I was on my way very quickly. Great experience!

Okay so I went to this place yesterday, to buy business cards for today. The business cards I wanted were only $36 dollars for 500 flat colored business cards. And that’s exactly what I got. The lady in the front (she go by the name Cherry) must have assumed I was sweet for it because she just start charging me random fees for no apparent reason as if I’m incapable of knowing what she is doing is insane. She charged me $10.50 for a graphic tee which is reasonable & $77.00 for flat business cards: one side black &the other side white. On top of the that they store advertises “same day printing” this lady sized me up and charged me an EXTRA $10 for a rush fee. First of all I’m a business woman myself. I paid her to avoid confrontation. Oh yeah and I paid an EXTEA $15 for her to make a logo and I asked for no logo. In the morning I’m just going to request a refund. I gave that lady $87.00 and I just wanted to remain calm. I NEED those cards but I can honestly do it myself: I was just trying to save time. She just out did herself yesterday…she REALLY did. Attached is what I was charged $87 for. The top is a one sided a business card and that’s ALL it say. She thought it was okay to charge my account $77 for that (debit too). Thr bottom is the logo for the $10 shirt. The whole ordeal look so musty. It’s not professional AT ALL. It’s actually pathetic and that’s an understatement. Also, the guy beneath me who replied to my comments are LYING! I am a business owner myself...If you seek professionalism and honesty: this IS NOT the place to go. The fact that he would get on here and LIE says so much about the integrity of this establishment. Staples offer better quality, professionalism, and honesty.

BGP has provided my graphic needs since I open my museum 9 years ago. Staff has always been friendly, professional, and very creative with developing my business logo, brochures, flyers, and currently working on a new front street sign. I appreciate their comprehensive services. BGP continues to provide excellent services for the museum. They recently created two beautiful business post cards in 2021
