Came in for a quick sandwich. They Upsell me on a 'basket' - next thing you know I am waiting 30+ mins for the one onion ring in the basket. I finally tell the woman I didnt need the basket so bad that its going to tie up my day, and they shouldn't be upselling them if there is hold up with production. She offered extra fries instead, and I stated that I would rather just not have the basket. She comments about how people dont want to show up for work and refunded my order. This was nice, but I guess she thought I was OK with waiting 30+ mins and walking out hungry without a sandwich. I dont get that. I came in for the sandwich and definitely didn't need fries or an onion ring - that was an upsell.. She did end up providing the sandwich, which is appreciated. Unfortunately, it is not a good first visit or impression of the operations in this establishment. My experience is, when people don't want to show up for work, it's likely that they aren't being compensated very well.
Food was good, cashier was sweet, girl who put together orders should not be allowed in public. She slammed our food down, slammed our sauce down without saying a word and rolled her eyes and slammed our other order down again when I told her 1/2 was missing. I understand bad days, but can't treat your customers that way. I will not return.
Dry, bland, small portions for the price. Their BBQ sauces are good, unfortunately drowning the food in the sauce was the only way to save the meat. The chicken was fine, but it was roasted and not bbqed.
I would never return because of a rude employee.
Ribs and Wings were tuff. Staff very friendly.
