Berry's Grill House & Gelato

Was 1hr 20 mins even though I live 5 mins away, I ordered the box ,which came in a large donner box,ud expect a pizza box....burger was nice ,chicken wings were just edible, the donner was slimy and just enough to feed a small child and to top it of ,they forgot my can of pop,for £15 a rip off,we even ordered some of the boneless chicken which is usually great,was slimmy and tough at the same time,not again

Got 2 mixed kababs, the donor meat tasted foul, 2 pieces of luetice and a trace of onion for salad. Chips were soggy Don't do yogurt and mint sauce. Charged 18.60

Berry's has quickly become one of our favourite local pizza takeaways. It's a shame they no longer deliver to Pool but I'll happily still drive to collect. Food is always great and ready on time. We tried their deserts for the first time last week and they didn't disappoint either.

I’ve never had a bad meal from berry’s but there stir fry kebabs are brill the burgers are really nice the only reason it’s 4 star not five because there has been a few mistakes with my order sometimes and once or twice the nachos was a bit over done but 9 time out of ten you can’t knock it, update : getting a bit expensive for the portion size

Ordered kebab, cheesy chips and another portion of chips. Instead of chips I got a mayo tub which cost £2.50. Cash only and lady claimed she said it on the phone which she didn’t so had to walk to a cash machine. I’ve been ripped off, don’t bother. If you do go just double check your order as in what world does a small tub of may cost that much and get mistaken for chips

I’ve ordered from here before and it’s usually okay. Today I went in and ordered cheesy chips - the cheese on the chips wasn’t melted and the woman behind the counter had a poor attitude.

Just coming back from Italy I was excited to eat some more authentic Italian ice cream. Can't stay how much i was disappointed, the ice cream tastes like water mixed with suger. My partner bought apple crumble with custard this was served in a plastic container, the bottom of the plastic container was cold while the top was hot, the apple crumble had obviously just been taken out of the freezer and microwave in the plastic container anyway we got it reheated and sat in my van to enjoy it and it tasted like s**t. Full of suger and very low quality. Aldi sells better apple crumbles for less than a quid! I would rate zero if I could.

I Used to use these all the time was a regular not anymore after tonight just waited over an hour for my order when i live 10 mins drive away. When it does turn up the order is wrong and it's all cold absolutely shocking, the women on the phone was polite but still what do we do wait another hour for the missing stuff to turn up cold will never order from this place again lost a regular and seems its not just me place is going down hill
