Dined in today and had a wonderful experience, our server Jenifer from Fort Pierce was amazing and very helpful explaining the large menu. I had the shrimp and grits which was absolutely delicious, my husband had the Nashville Benedict and he loved it! Prices were fair, atmosphere was great and we really enjoyed ourselve. resturant and bathrooms were very clean, also the food came out VERY fast for it being so busy! We will definitely be returning!

Went in today for what was a surprise to me as my last time. I am a Google Master Guide I have 1.6 million likes 5.1 million views More importantly I have been going here for the past 7 years, to every location. However the business has made a very bad choice. They have implemented a mandatory 18 pct gratuity charge to every check. They then further respond to reviews regarding the practice with an extremely sad rationalizing template statement they post to each one. 0 effort. Brass tax. They created a very non customer friendly policy, under the rationale that it's difficult to maintain proper pay for these positions and it ensures that they employees are given opportunities etc and so fourth. Lets clarify. This business is SO Predatory it's making you pay for their staff to work there because bottom line, THEY WANT TO MAKE MORE MONEY. They have broken the generation surviving construct of American tipping, which ensures correct service. And give the guest no recourse. What if my service was bad? So now I have to talk a manager and what, argue my case? This is not how things work. So Danielle only got the 18pct, not the over 30 pct I gladly usually tip. I won't be returning, further I won't be going to any of the other Locations I go to from here to Palm Beach. This is selfish and not American. As a veteran it seems like a no brainer, but nope not here. They want to actually Force Americans to do something. I am having legal look into this as the implementation and it's practice are pathetic. You say to yourself "if they feel like that then we dint want them here anyways" but thats broken and in extreme error because I feel like that and I was one of your best customers. 1.6 million helpfuls 5.1 views Skip the anti American practice and go elsewhere. Sad sad sad

Food and service was great. I got the bacon, avocado and cheese omelet. And kids pancakes are huge!

Worked there for 3 years

The experience there was absolutely horrible. I got serve by Kellie F who seemed like she went out her way to make our party of 3 experience the worse. It’s extremely awful that people like this are working in customer service. What should have a lovely morning brunch turned into disaster. Avoid this establishment if you value your time. We were told waiting time was going to be about 15 minutes and ended up waiting 42 minutes which we didn’t mind at first since it was our first time going there. We hoped the service and food would be worth it but boy were we wrong. Management does not care either. They charge 18% for bare minimum service. This place does not deserve to be patronized.
