The food is good but expensive for what you get. The restaurant dining room was very dirty. I couldn't find a clean table and the floors were dirty. Vegetarian options: Tofu dishes, vegetable dishes, vegetable sushi

TL/DR: Restaurant prices for a fast-food experience. Save your money and spend it elsewhere. I hope this place turns things around and gets back to being as good as they used to be several years ago Recently visited this restaurant for the first time in a couple years, and it was disappointing to say the least. I used to go here a lot back in the day, and really loved it, but something must have changed between then and now, because the quality is just so much less than I remember. The service was pretty much nonexistant. It used to be like every other restaurant, where a cashier would take my order, a server would find me a seat, then the food would get brought out, and it would feel at least a little bit like someone was doing something for me. Now, instead, they've outsourced pretty much all the work onto the customer, and I had to put in the order myself on this touch screen menu, where the cashier used to be, I had to get my own numbered table sign, and find my own table, and wait for the food to be ready. To the restaurant's credit, at least they still had someone around to walk the food across the room to drop it off at the table for me, but when the touch-screen order menu asks for a 20% tip by default, for getting the absolute bare minimum in service as the customer, that's kind of outrageous. The food was incredibly disappointing, and I'm saying this as someone who remembers how good it used to be, so good that I used to come here all the time back in the day. The sushi rolls were small, they had this taste to them that I can only describe as "mealy", they went heavy on the cream cheese to fill the roll for cheaper, and somehow the soy sauce packets (they don't even use per-table bottles anymore) had sauce that managed to be super salty but still have no taste (like tap water, salt, and food coloring), which I didn't know was possible to do. If this was a fast-food style restaurant with fast-food pricing then I wouldn't be complaining so much, since it'd be expected, but when this restaurant is still charging sit-down dinner prices for this experience (10-12 dollars per roll, 16 dollars for "special" rolls LOL), this becomes pretty ridiculous. I could have paid the same amount of money to get more sushi at the local publix, and would have gotten equal or better quality, and the same service experience, and publix doesn't even sell itself as a sit-down restaurant. The atmosphere is the only thing I can give a passing score for, because the decore was still as good as I remember, albeit the place was pretty empty. Not much else to add there though.

The food is fine the service is fine, but what kind of restaurant has a cash register but won't take cash? Like legitimately the easiest type of money to receive but I guess who ever owns this would rather have less customers than count a cash drawer

This is a right down the middle place. Not so great but always consistent. Hate that they dont take cash Its legal currency and should be accepted. Place was really hot today and tables were not bussed.
