Chanced upon it while staying at the hotel across the road. I had a great take out meal combo, Korean Fried Chicken with salad and Kimchi fries. Very tasty, fresh and nice and spicy. And at a decent price And I love the take-out touch screen self service order system just inside the front door. I'll be back (one thing though... next time pls. don't forget my Coke that comes with the combo) Parking: Don't drive.... use a bike. Kid-friendliness: Some space for them, but not much. Wheelchair accessibility: Some space to move around, but not much.

10/10 service! Me and my colleagues came here recently to break our fast for Iftar. The lady assisting us was so attentive - she brought out dates for us to break our fast with, provided a prayer space for us and ensured we used a sheet on the grill to prevent cross contamination. I wish I could remember her name - you made our entire experience a beautiful one with how warmly you welcomed us so thank you!

I have been here twice with work colleagues and again yesterday for dinner with friends. Even though we visited without a reservation during a fairly busy time, a young woman greeted us warmly. We ordered the bbq set menu and starter at the recommendation of a middle-aged man, and the food we ordered was served to us at a reasonable time. It was delicious. I was especially impressed by the Korean-style BBQ cooked on the grill installed at the table. A middle-aged woman cooked barbecue for us and kindly explained how to eat it with vegetables and sauce, so we could enjoy a richer taste. I also liked the brown sauce provided. She told me the name of the sauce but I forgot it hahaha. Everyone was friendly and we had a great meal. We will definitely visit again. I would like to recommend this place. I think it would be a good idea to make a reservation for dinner.

아버지와 함께 방문했습니다. 아버지가 김치찌개를 너무너무 맛있게 드셔서 정말 감동이었습니다. 저 또한 너무 맛있게 순두부찌개 먹었습니다. 저희에게 행복을 주신 만큼 앞으로도 계속 행복한 일만 가득하시길 바라겠습니다. Ate with my father, and he and I really enjoyed the jjigae. The restaurant is full of local people so it means it is recognized as korean restaurant where locals love I guess. if you want to eat korean food in Aldgate, please visit here.

Mega Essen einfach top

Went to have food with a friend. Experienced rude and hostile treatment by a older woman who was working there. She persistently ignored our requests and when I went to the counter to ask for a fork she snapped at me and was very passive aggressive. However the food was good, its just the service was disappointing. This situation was a few months ago, but I am noticing other reviews saying the same thing about the same lady, so this shop has clearly not addressed this properly for a while. Do not think I would come here again.

Bento is a place where the food is decent, especially the lunch menu. It's a good option if you're looking for a quick and delicious meal. I've tried many Korean restaurants better than this one without a doubt, but the quality price ratio here is good, and so is the service.

Amazing place. I think it’s one of the best in London for a good price authentic Korean street food. The KFC and tteokbokki is fresh and amazing. Their portions are a massive size which really is worth every pence. I don’t like their Korean bbq as much, you have to pay for ‘extras’ such as lettuce, kimchi, rice - these shouldn’t be extras they are part of the Korean bbq experience. For Korean bbq I definitely recommend Kalbi where for the same price as bento bap you get unlimited meat for 90 mins with all sides. Bento bap is perfect for their regular food and such fast service within minutes food arrives!
