So many gluten free options! Fresh meats with a knowledgeable staff. Customer service was very professional and polite. There are also many traditional Dutch products.

Gluten Free Galore We started coming here a year ago as we heard the owner also has Celiac Disease and carries lots of safe foods. On most Saturdays they have GF mini doughnuts. They taste just like the ones at K-Days totally look me back to before my diagnosis. We usually get the bucket b/c come on is your gonna splurge do it right. I wasn't planning on visiting Ben's yesterday until I saw their Facebook post that they were offering CHERRY Dole Whip. I had no idea Dole Whip came in any other favour than Pineapple. I have known for the paat year they offer Dole Whip but it never called to me. OMG Cherry Dole Whip tastes like CHERRY popsicles but better! I told my husband that any time Ben's has something other than Pineapple on tap we MUST go try it. We also picked up deli sandwiches to have after the Dole Whip. Yeah I know not the regular order of things but the Dole Whip melts. You can get GF buns for the sandwiches. This visit we also picked up GF Spring Rolls and GF Pinty's breaded chicken breasts.

This business is fantastic and the owner is Amazing. He is such a great human and in my opinion one of the best business owners around. the staff at Ben's are friendly and willing to help with any questions. In my opinion this place carries the lagest and best selection of Gluten-free products in the city. From Lazognia to twinkies and mini doughnuts they have everything ❤️. Dave should win an award for offering the best customer service and best meat shop in the city. Love, Love love it there.

Been here a bunch of times ... or shall I say I've ( Ben ) here a bunch of times lol ... great meats and great service .. some meats are fair priced and some a little more but for the quality it is well worth it ... I haven't been here in a while but ill be back and I highly recommend this place ... good ol bens meats I don't see goimg anywhere anytime soon because it is a good meat / Deli shop
