Went to the Innes location tonight for dinner with my two toddlers. The guy at the cash was very nice and attentive (didn't catch his name, but he was really great!), as were all the staff there tonight. Service was very quick. Sundays kids eat free for every adult meal so the price is unbeatable. We got chicken legs, fries, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. Portions were generous and everything was good. There is a little play kitchen for kids which kept my kids entertained for over an hour which we really appreciated as it allowed us to enjoy our meal while they played beside us. Would definitely go back and really recommend it to go with young children. Kid-friendliness: Has high chairs and little play kitchen my toddlers loved. Kid friendly food. Quick service

Food is not great. Their "bbq" sauce is not good... staff was arguing over a big tip one cashier received. Unprofessional. Innes rd. Location. Will not go bacK.

Orleans Location: Great food and service at a reasonable cost. Normally eat at Stittsville location which has always been a great experience.

Went through drive thru and got to window. They added another meal we didn't order. Added a ceasar salad as an upgrade to a different meal. Young girl at window was on her phone and rude with us. Once home we didn't have our ceasar salad and one of our meals was wrong. Called and again terrible customer service. Will not be returning.

most likely in my top 5 worse restaurant meals ever, we got to the restaurant we were the only 2 people in the place! ordered 2 leg meal, now I've had this in Gatineau before and I enjoyed it. Not so at this restaurant. Chicken was dry, bottom half of hamburger bun I was given was ice cold and we'll the fries were remarkably similar to McCain's. First and last time in that place!

They are completely unreliable with their store hours and their drive through. The food is ok, the staff isn't bad when you can actually eat there.

As a franchise this is a horrible quality restaurant. Closed Wednesdays? Who closes Wednesday's? Staff look miserable so maybe they are very under paid...which would explain being at a drive through for 5 minutes to find out they don't have chicken. I feel bad for the staff. Because how they treat their staff reflects on how the customers get treated. Someone needs to wake up and raise the standards of professionalism. That starts with management Now it's December 23rd and online it says it's open. Drive half an hour to find out they sclosed at 1:30. Lousiest business in ottawa

Update: I wanted to update this post, as I frequent this location often. I mean, at 25$ tax in, you can grab the Duo meal for 2. I drove around Innes rd. in search for supper and stopped at a few locations, like A&W, Wendy's, and Shawarma palace. The lineups were ridiculous. I ended up at Benny's and was out with my order within 5 mins. Thank you, Benny & Co. Excellent service and food is tasty
