First time visiting Bennie’s. I liked the neighborhood atmosphere. Yes it’s small and old but I felt that if I went more often ‘Everyone would know my name’. My husband and I ordered nachos. So good. I only wished there was more salsa served with them. We paid extra for the chicken and it was worth it. I had a glass of Josh Chardonnay and my husband had a Bud on draft. Table could have been cleaned better but I never asked them to re clean it. I definitely would go back. Would like to try some sandwiches or meals. Parking: First come first serve. Located in a plaza. We had no problem on a Sunday afternoon.
The food is very good, the food came out piping hot and the portions are generous fries were very good. Bathrooms are very clean.
Some place I've been wanting to try after seeing a few good reviews. I stopped in to and ordered a Ruben sandwich. I was a bit surprised as I was thinking Bennie's was more a a sit-down deli type restaurant. It's not, definitely more of a neighborhood pub and a bit on the grungy side. None the less, I ordered my sandwich from a friendly bar tender and an equally helpful cook as the food is prepared right up front at the bar. I was surprised at how quickly my food was made. Took my sandwich to go and ate it right away in their parking lot. I have to say, it was the best Ruben sandwich I've had in a long time. A very pleasant surprise. Fresh and delicious. Personally I would have sliced the Corned Beef a bit thinner, but no doubt it was tasty. I will be back the next time I get a craving for a Ruben.
Worcester’s “Cheers”, where everybody knows your name. My favorite spot in town. Staff is awesome and everything’s great and reasonably priced.
This is an outrageously good bar buy a steak sandwich or knock your socks off popcorn is excellent.
Came here to do some work on my laptop, i got the chicken noodle soup (soup of the day) and a sandwich. For how busy the place was, the service i received was TOP NOTCH. Everyone/Staff was SO friendly, the general vibes were cool, and the prices literally cannot be beat. I’ve lived in this neighborhood my entire life and never thought to check out this place, and I’m so glad I finally did. Will definitely be coming back
