I was first attracted to the establishment because of its cool storefront design (below). Without knowing what it was, I immediately walked in. I was so delighted to see it was a bubble tea shop! I got the lychee strawberry popping bubble tea and it was soooo good! I’ve never tried the lychee and strawberry combination before so it was a wonderful surprise.

Benkei Hime is a street style decorated bubble tea shop located in the Eaton Centre. The shop was decorated with many interesting items around the brand. The cups have cool cartoons and a very unique design. The bubble tea itself was alright, I didn't have a rich tea flavour, the pearls were nice and chewy.

The drinks aren’t that great for their price and one of their cups is a false advertisement.

This place is so cute and has amazing decor! The items you can purchase here are also so nice! Love the bubble tea here as well! The pearls are also so yummy! Check them out next time at eaton centre

The drink was disgusting, way too sweet and didn’t taste good in general. The employee present seemed so miserable and provided unpleasant customer service. Literally sighing when I politely asked for a bag. I have noticed in general the quality of customer service provided by service workers has drastically decreased within multiple establishments.

Good selection of milk teas.
