Terrible cook rice undercooked....chicken over cooked. New chef !! Dropping his utensils on floor. Food served hella late like 40 min after we were seated. Dont go to one in Santa Monica. I tried to talk to manager ...they said w looking for them too!! Marina Del Rey is the best one.

Good foods with interesting presentations. Prices are good. There is a wait time so enough people can gather for a table of hibachi.

We have been dining at Benihanas for over 25 years and tonight’s experience was stellar! Chef Nemesio, was probably the most efficient chef we have ever had! He cooked all the food separately, but together so we all got served at the same time! Not only that, but he got all of our orders correct. I must say that seldom happens. Overall, if you’re in Santa Monica and visiting Benihana‘s, ask for chef Nemesio.

It was ok nothing special and the shrimp was over cooked it was over priced even the show was lack luster.

Johannes (Joe) Server, and Fabian (Chef) were fabulous. Parking: Parking is not ultra convenient as it is primarily City parking structure across the street

Food was decent, but a little pricey. The cook was either new or could use a lot more training. We had reservations for a table at 5:15pm and even though all the guests for our table were early (everyone was ready at 5:10pm) we had to wait more than an hour before dinner started (got drinks right away). It is not the "event" I was expecting and recommend a different idea for dinner, esoecially for the price.
