I have to state that I am incredibly disappointed following my last visit to this restaurant. I arrived to restaurant following a 1 hr wait for my food, only to be told by the staff that my food had already been picked up. They stated that someone "with the same first three letters in their first name had presented and without checking whether the order was correct, they handed over my nearly 100 dollar meal. The then gaslit me and worked to place the blame on doordash and a potential dasher having picked up the meal. I told them that their claims were impossible as I selected the pick-up option nor did I receive a notification from doordash denoting that the meal had been picked up. Given the circumstances, im left to consider that either the staff is incompetent or that they are dishonest and are saving my meal for themselves. In either regard, I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning the restaurant in the future.

Terrible management. We had a reservation for my sister in laws birthday at 8pm. We were sat at 9:15pm and our party was completely separated. The second 1/2 of our party was sat 30 min after us and was not served even an appetizer for 45 min after being sat. This was a family dinner and we had kids with us, my five year old fell asleep hungry while awaiting our dinner reservation, before they had a chance to even sit at a table. We expressed our concern for the extreme delay. The manager on duty, blonde older lady with glasses, and she said there would be nothing they could do about it, no complimentary items, absolutely nothing. Our entire family has worked in the service industry for decades. It is unfathomable that a reservation be sat over an hour late without any apologies, empathy, or addressing it by any means. This is completely poor management. The chef and server were fine, and food was good, had the manager done even the slightest bit of customer service this review wouldn’t exist. Management can make or break a place and management failed big time. It’s amazing how much a tiny bit of empathy and understanding for a client experience can go. Such a shame, this place has become such a poor environment.

Food and show are great.

The service at this place is terrible. I placed a doordash order for pick up and they decided that they would not make it because they close at 11PM and it was 10:44PM when I ordered. I tried to get my money back with doordash but the app denied to return my money because the store marked the order as complete. In conclusion, they allow people to order food at a time that they know they will not make the food and they also do not care to cancel it with the app AND they mark it as complete, so the customer cannot get their money back. Terrible service from lazy and dishonest people.

It’s a wonderful place to bring guests and families together!

I cannot even express how happy I was when visiting today. First, we were running late and they were so kind and accommodating. Next, I told them that I had 3 students and one parent I was bringing were new to the US. With that, our waiter, Sergio, promised us an unforgettable experience. That is exactly what it was. My students were in awe the entire time. Our chef, Cal, went out of his way to do as many tricks as he could. He put smiles on their faces that would fill any heart. Before we had Chef Cal, we had a different chef, Ezequiel, who came to us by mistake but in the 10 minutes we had him, he filled their hearts with joy. My students loved this experience so much that they asked me to write a note to the chef. It was the sweetest thing. The food was wonderful. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely kind. Thank you for providing these littles with an experience of a lifetime. They are still obsessed with the egg trick!
