Benihana

Benihana really needs to address the long waits. Like seriously!!! Two cooks and they are in no rush to cook. They stand around the tables talking and moving slow, and it takes them 30-45 to cook food that literally takes only a few mins to cook on a grill. No manager comes around. Nobody seems to care that customers are waiting so long. This behavior puts a a damper on your mood to eat here. We decided to leave because after sitting over an hour, you lose your appetite…. Apology from management, just bad service all alway around…

It's not what I thought of it. First, time experience but never again. Maybe, it's the happy hour that's worth the visit. Food is nasty, overpriced and a waste of money. Just go eat at a regular Chinese restaurant.

Had a large bday dinner with 15 people. Had reservations at 6, seated at 615. Our waitress,Lauren, very nice, prompt and checked on us often. We waited 2 hrs for a chef. I believe the long wait time was due because they were short on cooks. Our chef was a bit inexperienced with tricks and convo because he was new, no problem because the food was seasoned well. Manager checked on us while waiting too. All in all I believe the wait time was what was the issue for us but it was not noticed until 2 hrs in due to such a large entertaining company on our group and Lauren making sure our cups for full. For the price I don’t think I’d be back.

Visit Saturday with my family everyone was pleased! Everything was 10 out of 10!!! Tom was great and the new manager she was a pleasure sorry I can’t remember her name!

They stiff you on food if you order take out. Staff is rude.

Look this review is for Kendall!!! Chile! I’m not a Benihana fan at all! I came for my sister’s bday, seen one trick seen them all. But baby…Kendall blew my mind!! He didn’t waste time with certain tricks he delivered good conversation and SEASONED that food so well it knocked my socks off!! He had everything from the rice, mushrooms, chicken, steak-every single thing was pure perfection!! If you make a trip ask for Kendall! He is the best! I’ll wait in line for Kendall when I come back!
