Four of us came for a birthday dinner. We had reservations and were seated about 45 minutes of waiting. There were so many people that it was standing room only from the door to the bar and all walkways. We were a bit crammed in our table with 5 other guests. Really seemed like they were just crowding the place instead of giving you the experience you came for. Many kids running around and shouting at other tables so loud you couldn't hear the person next to you. They didn't ask if we wanted to pay extra for chicken fried rice, just put it in front of us and charged extra. Honestly disappointed.

My family and I have been going to Benihana for over 20 years now for all of our birthdays, and we consistently have a great time. The restaurant is always loud and crowded with a lot of singing for birthdays, so if you aren't a fan of loud and hectic environments youmight not have the best time. However, it is always an easy recommendation from me to someone looking for a new experience, and it's a place I have enjoyed bringing friends who have never been before. And to call specific attention to those who took care of us this time, our chef, Dorian, did a fantastic job of taking care of all of our needs and requests, and everything was cooked perfectly. I'm being genuine when I say I can't remember the last time the food at Benihana was cooked that well, and I would be happy to have him as my chef again. Our server, Kayla, also did a great job of taking care of our needs and fixing issues that sprung up. It was a great experience between the two of them!
