5 Estrellas para el servicio que nos brindó Jenifer la chica bartender, Fue muy amable y la atención Increíble, La comida también estuvo super bien… Sin duda regresaremos 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Been going for yrs. Today our chef was "Kevinson" this man was great. He cooked everything with skill and perfection. Definitely will request him again.
Saki came lukewarm, server flat out refused to heat it up. We were 1 of 2 tables in the entire restaurant, 2 plain sushi rolls took 30 minutes to come out. Server got both orders wrong, then messed up the bill and had to get the manager to fix it. As for the food, the sushi rice was over cooked, and for some reason they doused both sushi rolls in siracha sauce. Spent over an hour there and didn't get to eat anything. Manager wouldn't even comp a soda for the hassle. 0/5 stars if I could.
Recognizing that the pandemic has been hard on restaurants, there’s really no excuse for the poor quality control. Bathrooms were dirty. Wait time was >1 hour even though we had a reservation. Tables were dirty, including the cooking surface. Chefs were dirty. And way overpriced as well. Find another Teppanyaki experience or just don’t go.
Awesome Restaurant, Staff and food are Excellent!! Been to both locations in Denver area, although both are great, the Broomfield location is better!!
Two hour wait for a chef. Food was awful.
where do i start? reservation at 4pm…get sat at 4:30pm. the host staff seemed to be in their own little world and seemed annoyed that anyone was coming to this place to eat. we were ushered into this very small room with 19 people and barely enough space to walk around. Our server was very inattentive to the point where we had to ask MULTIPLE times for refills and to get the bar drinks that we actually ordered. i had ordered the chicken wings, which came out raw in the center to the point where when i put it down on the clean plate and picked it up again there was a small pool of blood on the plate! the server said 3 times that a manager will be out to check on me but never showed and when we asked about it, his attitude was like “oh, you still wanna talk to him?”. I also asked for a new plate and clean chopsticks, i got the plate but not replacement chopsticks, i wasn’t about to use the same chopsticks because that’s what i used to tear the remaining wings apart just to see more bloody middles! the chef seemed to be rushing his way through our service like he was being inconvenienced by us sitting there! then when the manager did finally show up i wanted an incident report in the case what i had ingested of the raw chicken became a larger problem. he did take the report and said he would return “shortly” with a copy and a number i could call in case something happened….he was never to be seen again!!This place is supposed to be all about the experience and ambience and not so much about the food. This was our very first visit and it will most likely be our last. NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS PLACE AT ALL. could have gone elsewhere and not paid $230 for it. very frustrating!!My recommendation? stay away from this place!!
igloo does stuff
Horrible service, Reserverad a week in advanced and had to wait almost a hour just to see someone to get a drink order in. And after 15 minutes of indecent people making out next to us we left. We found better service at chilis, as well as faster service. The franchise may not have aquariums but it has a little respect for its self unlike this place. You’d be better off finding Japanese food in a store and making it yourself
